Dr. Lewis Hun
Program Manager I
Overview
Lewis is passionate about biology and ecology of insect-borne diseases. He holds master’s degree in insect science, and a doctoral degree in entomology and biochemistry from the University of Arizona. His previous experience includes working as a research scientist on generic engineering mosquitoes and insect endocrinology. He is now part of our team as a Program Manager I and manages day-to-day operations, team safety, and team development. He is passionate about serving the public and considers it a rewarding job. Lewis was born in Cambodia and has lived in the Bay Area for two years. In his personal time, he enjoys hiking with his family and coaching a youth soccer team.
